Shipping problems:
If your order is currently in transit and experiencing a delay, please contact your local USPS or UPS office (depending on the carrier used) for assistance. We have access to the same tracking information you see and are unable to provide additional updates.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the carrier’s required timeframe has passed. For USPS shipments, a package is not considered lost until 15 business days have elapsed (excluding weekends).
While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives promptly, shipping times are ultimately determined by the carrier and may be affected by unexpected delays beyond our control.
Order questions:
If you need you change an order you've already placed, please call or text us ASAP! We fulfill orders within 30 minutes during business hours. For all other issues or questions please feel free to contact us below. For afterhours help please utilize the text messaging option.
Whatnot orders:
If you have a question or concern about an order made on the Whatnot platform please contact us directly using the whatnot app, in a personal message. You may also text 409-698-9370 as this is monitored by the store owners directly. Please do not call the store or the number above directly as the stores employees will not be able to help you or access any whatnot orders.
